A method for controlling a coffee beans roaster based on temperature profile includes setting a target temperature profile; measuring temperature of coffee beans inside a roasting chamber; and controlling operations of a roasting heater and a cooling fan for the measured temperature value to follow the target temperature profile set. The coffee beans roasting method can set a range of target temperature profile, thereby even non-professionals can easily make the best coffee aroma and flavor. |
