COMPLEX DISK TYPE STERILIZATION COOKER DRYER

The present invention relates to a disk type cooker dryer which sterilizes and cooks a range of organic waste (forage, food, sludge, etc.) by heating with steam. According to the present invention, multiple disks are aligned to increase the stirring efficiency, use the wide surface thereof to increase heat conductivity, and prevent the heat loss. The disk type cooker dryer includes an inlet and an outlet which are positioned opposite to each other, and a rotary shaft rotating in the reverse direction is installed crossing the inside of a cooker tank which has a doubled-wall and is heated by steam. The rotary shaft includes multiple hollow disks which have stirring wheels on the outer circumference thereof, and the disks are heated by the steam provided through the inside of the rotary shaft.
