The present invention relates to an interference removal method in a wireless communications system and a device thereof. The interference removal method for a terminal in the wireless communications system includes: an acquisition step of acquiring interference signal information for a reception signal received from a base station, based on a pre-configured constellation set; and a processing step of processing the reception signal to remove an interference signal by using the acquired interference signal information. The present invention can acquire a dominant interference signal information from a cell edge to enhance the reception performance of the terminal.
