The present invention relates to phosphino derivatives of a new structure and an organic electronic device using the same. The compound of the present invention is used as materials for hole injection, hole transport, electron injection, electron transport, and light emission and passivation in the organic electron device and, in particular, only as a host or dopant in the light emitting materials, host and dopant, and as a hole injection and a hole transport layer.
