<p>The present invention relates to a rail converting apparatus at a rail-power cable crossing point that is capable of converting and opening/closing rails to correspond to the change of a railroad at the crossing section where the rails and the power cable cross when the railroad is branched in a power cable drawing train system, wherein the lower side of a train is connected to the power cable disposed in parallel to the rails to be driven through the drawing of the power cable. According to the present invention, the rail converting apparatus includes: a pair of converting rails (3a, 3b) arranged at the crossing point where a power cable crosses inner side rails (11a, 11b), connected at one side thereof to be able to rotate to the disconnected portions of the inner side rails, and having incised portions formed on the underside of the other side thereof, thus connecting or disconnecting the inner side rails (11a, 11b); a link member (4) connecting the converting rails (3a, 3b); and a synchronizing member (6) cooperatively operating with a railroad switch (5) to rotate the converting rails (3a, 3b) and to convert the converting rails (3a, 3b) in the direction thereof, wherein when the converting rails (3a, 3b) connect the inner side rails to provide a driving state of a first rail or a driving state of a second rail, the power cable on the rail being in the non-driven state is passed through a passing hole (8) formed under the incised portion, and the converting rails being disconnected are located at the position not crossing the power cable of the rail being in the driven state, so that the connection between a connector (301) of a train (300) and the power cable is maintained, while the train passes through the disconnected portion of the rail being in the non-driven state.</p> |
