PURPOSE: A cosmetic ingredient containing fermented caviar extract is provided to have effects of antioxidant activity, collagen production, and inhibition of Matrix metalloproteinase 1 (MMP-1), thereby exhibiting an anti-wrinkle effect. CONSTITUTION: An external application for skin contains fermented caviar extract. Fermentation is processed by fermenting caviar extract with Bacillus subtilis. The fermentation method comprising fermentation of the caviar extract with Bacillus subtilis and fermentation organisms complex. The fermentation organisms are more than one selected from among the lactobacillus, yeast and mixed strain thoseof. The cosmetic composition contains 0.001-95 weight% of fermented caviar extract per total dry weight of the composition. |
