<p>The device comprises a filter support (108) attached to a filter, a compartment (102) having an upper opening and a lower opening, a unit (110) movable with respect to the compartment for releasing the support, and a removable nozzle (104) tightly fixed and adapted to disallow the relative movement of the movable unit and the compartment which allows to apply the force and release the filter support. The nozzle has a lower opening that adapts to a depression chamber of a vacuum system. The filter support is present in the form of a washer, a coverslip object and an Eppendorf tube.
