An embodiment of an ultrasound transducer according to the present invention comprises a piezoelectric layer for generating an ultrasonic wave using power supplied from outside; a ground electrode attached to one side of the piezoelectric layer; a signal electrode attached to the other side of the piezoelectric layer; and a circuit board connected to the ground electrode and the signal electrode, wherein a portion of the ground electrode and the signal electrode are made of a flexible material and directly connected to the circuit board, and the circuit board can be formed of a rigid material which is not bent. Meanwhile, the circuit boards can be provided at both sides of the ground electrode and the signal electrode, respectively. According to the present invention, a structure, in which the ground electrode or the signal electrode is directly connected to the circuit board, is provided, such that problems such as a rise in manufacturing costs due to an ultrasonic transducer with a socket connection structure, an increase in a socket volume, a difficulty in designing a socket, and a contact failure of a socket are overcome. |
