Disclosed in the present specification are a multimedia commerce service device and a method thereof. An embodiment of the method to process a commerce service in a commerce processor which communicates with the CPE of a user includes a step of receiving commerce service reference data from at least one source; a step of comparing the received reference data and acquired commerce service data, extracting relevant commerce service data, and composing a relevant commerce service; a step of transmitting the composed relevant commerce service; a step of sensing an action of a user; and a step of controlling the relevant commerce service according to the sensed action of the user.
