The present invention relates to decoration window glass for a touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The decoration window glass for a touch screen panel according to the present invention does not adopt an anti-scattering film as a configuration so that the overall light transmittance of a touch screen panel is remarkably high. Further, by not adopting the anti-scattering film as the configuration, the touch screen panel has a simple manufacturing process and low manufacturing costs because a bonding process of the anti-scattering film and cover glass is unnecessary. Also, the problem of the management of the overall dimensions of the touch screen panel due to the anti-scattering film is solved.
