A spherical body structure and an integral molding manufacturing method thereof. The spherical body structure is integrally made of EVA material by means of injection molding. The wall of the spherical body structure is thickened to have a certain elasticity and strength so as to keep the spherical shape. It is unnecessary for the spherical body structure to keep an internal high-pressure air for providing elastic force. Even if the spherical body is punctured, the spherical body is still usable. In the integral molding manufacturing method of the spherical body structure, an EVA-based mixture material is injected into a mold and molded into a hollow spherical blank body with an opening. After cooled and shaped, the opening is sealed with a plate-like cap member to form a complete spherical body structure. When sealing the opening, an interior of the hollow blank body keeps in communication with the atmosphere. |
