The present invention relates to a thin film transistor array substrate and an organic light emitting display including the same. The thin film transistor array substrate according to the present invention includes a plurality of pixels. Each pixel includes a capacitor which includes a first electrode and a second electrode which is located on the upper side of the first electrode, a data line which overlaps with a part of the capacitor, is extended in a first direction, and supplies a data signal to the pixel, and a driving voltage line which is arranged between the capacitor and the data line, includes a first line which is extended in the first direction and a second line which is extended in a second direction which is vertical to the first direction, and supplies a driving voltage to the pixel.
