The present invention relates to an LED lamp, which is characterized by comprising: multiple LEDs generating light by power supplied through an external converter and having a serial and parallel combination form; a LED substrate where the multiple LEDs are mounted; a housing operated as a light diffusion plate diffusing the light in the front side of the LED substrate; and an aluminum heat radiating plate contacting the rear side of the LED substrate and including multiple heat radiating blades to cool down the heat generated from the LED, wherein an adhesive side is formed on a frame connected to the heat radiating plate, a magnet is formed on the adhesive side, and the light diffusion plate is detachable.
