The present invention relates to a structure for connecting a precast concrete house form and floor concrete wherein a plate-shaped floor concrete having a thickness is disposed on top of a pile inserted into the ground to form a base of a bridge, and a form for building a concrete house is vertically erected to couple the underside of the form to the side of the floor concrete, thus minimizing the assembling and disassembling of the form and effectively preventing water from entering the space between the floor concrete and the form. According to the present invention, a coupling bolt (4) is fixedly inserted into the floor concrete (1) through a through-hole (31) formed on the underside of the form (3) while the underside of the form (3) comes into contact with the side surface of the floor concrete (1), so that the form (3) is vertically disposed on the side surface of the floor concrete (1) and assembled therewith, and further, the coupling bolt (4) is reversely rotated and drawn from the floor concrete (1), so that the form (3) is separated from the floor concrete (1).
