PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy in estimating design man-hours when designing a mold.SOLUTION: A design man-hours estimation device for estimating design man-hours required for designing a mold by appropriating existing mold data in mold design includes: appropriation rate calculation section which calculates an appropriation rate which is a degree of appropriation of an appropriation source to a design object in consideration of processing attributes between the mold data of the appropriation source and mold data of the design object and, a design man-hour calculation section which calculates design man-hours of the design object on the basis of the appropriation rate. |
