PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical system which is compact and has excellent optical performance, an optical device and a method for manufacturing the optical system.SOLUTION: The optical system comprises, in order from the object side along the optical axis: a first lens L1 having negative refractive power; a second lens L2 having positive refractive power; a third lens L3 having positive refractive power; a fourth lens L4 having negative refractive power; a fifth lens L5 having negative refractive power; and a sixth lens L6 having positive refractive power. The optical system satisfies the following conditional expression (1): (1) 0.88<L4R2/f, where L4R2 is the curvature radius of the image side surface of the fourth lens L4, and f is the focal distance of the entire lens system. |
