PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for mortar or concrete that improves frost damage resistance using blast furnace slag, and a molding article molding the same; and a repair material and a repair method.SOLUTION: A composition for mortar or concrete is the composition for mortar or concrete that includes: a fine aggregate; a binder containing cement; and water, includes a material comprising blast furnace slag in at least one of the fine aggregate and the binder, and is that a relative dynamic modulus of elasticity at freeze-thaw cycle 300 times in a freeze-thaw testing based on method A described in JIS A 1148 to a mortar or concrete test piece made by the composition for mortar or concrete is at least 60%, and frost damage resistance is excellent.
