PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film mirror production method with which a film mirror having a high reflectance is produced by using silver plating.SOLUTION: This method for producing a film mirror 100, 200 involves: a surface treatment step for subjecting metal layers 12a, 12b of metal-layer-equipped resin substrates 20a, 20b to a surface treatment by bringing the metal layers into contact with a solution that contains a compound including a sulfur atom and/or a nitrogen atom; and a silver plating step for forming a silver reflective layer 30 on the surface-treated metal layers by subjecting the surface-treated metal layers to silver plating. |
