PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate attention degree of each of multiple browsing target data on the basis of review operation of the browsing target data in a browsing process for the multiple browsing target data.SOLUTION: A data processing device comprises: browsing history acquisition means acquiring browsing history for multiple browsing target data; return browsing detection means detecting re-browsing indicating after a second browsing for each of the multiple browsing target data as return browsing from the browsing history acquired by the browsing history acquisition means; number of times counting means counting the number of times of the return browsing detected by the return browsing detection means every multiple browsing target data; and attention degree calculation means calculating attention degree indicating attention degree for the browsing target data every multiple browsing target data on the basis of the number of times of the return browsing counted by the number of times counting means.
