PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mating parts of a handle body and a handle cover from being rubbed against each other while eliminating the need for an adhesive in an out-handle device for vehicle door such that an operation handle including a handle body having a storage recessed part, having a substantially U-shaped cross section, formed to be opened toward a vehicle door and a handle cover fastened to the handle body to cover the storage recessed part is arranged to be operated on an outer surface side of the vehicle door, and an electronic component unit having at least an electronic component is stored in the storage recessed part.SOLUTION: An electronic component unit 33 has at least an electronic component 34 formed while covered with a covering member 35 made of an elastic material, and the covering member 35 is provided integrally with an extension part 35c held between mating parts of the handle body 30 and handle cover 31. |
