摘要 An intrinsic piezoelectric transformer circuit a piezoelectric transformer circuit is provided that has a primary side component including first and second electrodes, a secondary side component including first and second electrodes, and at least one tertiary component including first and second electrodes. A power bridge is provided which includes one or more switches, each switch has a gate terminal that is directly connected to the second electrode of the tertiary component of the piezoelectric transformer. The first electrode of the tertiary component of the piezoelectric transformer is connected to a reference for the one or more switches of the power bridge. The first electrode of the primary component of the piezoelectric transformer is electrically connected to a power bridge output and the second electrode of the primary component of the piezoelectric transformer is connected to a ground terminal.

A dc to ac voltage level shift circuit comprising: an internal adaptive reactive circuit that is connected between the output of an internal controller, said controller being able to adjust the circuit equivalent reactive values of the internal adaptive reactive circuit, and the primary component of a piezoelectric transformer; a piezoelectric transformer which has a primary side component whose electrodes are connected to the output of the adaptive reactive circuit that has its secondary side terminal whose electrodes are connected to an electrical circuit representing an electrical load on the secondary side; and that further has multiple distinct tertiary components; said tertiary components of the piezoelectric transformer are electrically and galvanically isolated from each other, each of said tertiary components including one or more tertiary terminals; said piezoelectric transformer having at least one of the tertiary terminals connected to an internal adaptive controller or regulator said piezoelectric transformer having at least one of the tertiary terminals connected to an output side controller or regulator said piezoelectric transformer having at least one of the tertiary terminals that connects one of its electrical taps to a location on an electrical conduit located between the output of a power switch block and controller and the its other electrical tap connecting directly to the gate of one or more power switching devices; an internal controller that is disposed between the connections to an isolated tertiary terminal and the internal reactive circuit, said controller being enabled by direct input signal measurements from the electrode placements of the piezoelectric transformer; an external output control or regulator circuit that is similarly connected to an isolated tertiary terminal; a power switch block consisting of one or more semiconductor switches components each of whom has the input of its gate terminal directly connected to the an electrode of an isolated tertiary component of the piezoelectric transformer and inductors connected in series to disconnect capacitance between semiconductor switches components, said inductors connect to the opposing tap of an isolated tertiary component connected to its gate terminal; and a pair of diodes electrically connected about said switches and said isolation inductors to prevent said switches from being overdriven by said inductors, said diodes having a breakdown voltage at least as great as said switch components.
