The purpose of the present invention is to provide a power system control system (100) used in a power system in which loads (101) and voltage control devices (102) are connected to each other through nodes and being capable of reducing the voltage deviation in the entire power system even when obtaining measurement values is limited. A distributed controller (107) included in the power system control system is configured by having: a measurement value data collection function unit (108) for collecting the measurement values (112, 113) of the node of itself and another node; a state estimation function unit (109) for estimating the voltage or current of a node from which the measurement value cannot be collected and outputting an estimation value (114); and an optimum control function unit (110) for using, as inputs, the measurement values (112, 113), the estimation value (114), and a voltage target value (115) set at each node and outputting a control command (117). Each of the voltage control devices (102) superimposes the voltage variations, thereby controlling the system voltage. |
