<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for measuring energy consumption, and more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for measuring the energy consumption of exercise equipment, wherein an acceleration sensor is provided to a link shaft of a self-barbell muscle exercise apparatus for strengthening the muscle strength of a user using the weight of the user so as to measure a rotation angle of a joint without translation of the acceleration sensor, thereby accurately measuring a user's exercise amount of the exercise equipment.</p> |
