The center piece (10) has sides regions (14, 16) formed on both sides of a center area (12), where the center piece is formed in a shell construction and comprises two or multiple connected shell elements (18, 20). The center area is formed of aluminum alloy. The side regions are formed of steel. The shell elements are designed as tailored circuit boards. Seams of the shell elements are arranged such that the seams are displaceable with respect to each other in an extension direction of the center piece.
