The formwork has an outer heat insulating layer (1) that is spaced from an inner molding form element. The heat insulating outer layer has a flat sealing layer (2) towards a side that faces the molding form element. A space between the inner molding form element and the outer heat insulating layer is filled with a fresh concrete. Two fastening units that are connected by a connection unit are provided on each of the outer heat insulating layer and the inner molding form element. The outer heat insulating layer has a reinforcement, particularly an amplifying layer. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a formwork.
