摘要 <p>The method involves: initiating, accelerating and controlling chemical or physical hardening of an adhesive layer (2) by the application of direct or alternating electrical voltage to metallic powder particles connected by adhesion and/or by applying metallic auxiliary electrodes and/or induction loops through a controllable heating; and gently releasing an already hardened or solidified adhesive layer. The method further comprises: overheating the specific adhesive layer or surface coating in an electromagnetic field due to the different thermal expansion coefficients of the adhesive. The method comprises: initiating, accelerating and controlling chemical or physical hardening of the adhesive by the application of direct or alternating electrical voltage to metallic powder particles connected by adhesion and/or by applying metallic auxiliary electrodes and/or induction loops through a controllable heating; and gently releasing and/or destroying an already hardened or solidified adhesives. The method further comprises: overheating the specific adhesive layer or surface coating in an electromagnetic field due to the different thermal expansion coefficients of the adhesive and coating material; embedding cracks in the metal powder particles by internal tensions; and directly using metallic components as electrodes for applying an alternating current or direct current. The step of heating the adhesive layer is controlled with or without the addition of metal powder additives, so that the hardening step takes place by chemical reaction or physical consolidation using expulsion of solvents or water. An electrical breakdown is produced in the adhesive layer and/or surface coating based on the generation of electrical arcs, where the surface coating is made of inorganic component. The metallic powder particles have an average particle size of 700 nm, preferably 100-500 nm. The inorganic components are homogeneously distributed in powder form on the surface coating under application of ultrasound or high frequency generators.</p>
