The element has a bearing block (2) pushed against a spring element (4) e.g. switching dome, snatching disk and micro-switches, arranged on a base (5) and moved with respect to a bar-like transfer element (7), which is coupled to the spring element. A longitudinal axis of the transfer element is aligned parallel to the base. A pivoting unit changes distance between the transfer element and the base. Force-free sensors (9a, 9b) e.g. fork light barriers, Hall sensors, capacitive sensors or reed contact, detect pressure caused by actuation of an input element (1) and movement of the block.
