The present invention relates to a vibration isolation device, an exchange method of a vibration isolation structure part and a load control method of the vibration isolation structure part. The vibration isolation device, according to the present invention, comprises: the vibration isolation structure part positioned between an upper structure and a lower structure and carrying out a vibration isolation function; and a height control part which is placed at least at any one position between the vibration isolation structure part and the upper structure and between the vibration isolation structure part and the lower structure, and which enables the height to be changed by the injection or discharge of fluid.
