The present invention relates to a plant cultivation device having a fishbowl function. The plant cultivation device having a fishbowl function according to an embodiment of the present invention has a water tank (10) having an open top (11), including at least one first water tank (13) accommodating water (2) therein, and at least one transparent second water tank (15) accommodating water (2) and aquarium fishes (5) therein so as to form a cultivation medium (3) by mixing the water (2) and the excretion of the aquarium fishes (5), and allowing to watch the aquarium fishes (5) from outside; at least one port unit (20) including multiple ports (25) having an open top so as to plant a plant (1) and a through-hole (21) on the bottom end, and a connection unit (27) combining the multiple ports (25) so that the multiple ports (25) are arranged at the same planar position, and arranged at the upper part (11) of one tank so that the through-holes (21) of the multiple ports (25) are submerged in the culture medium (3); and a holding frame (30) having at least one accommodation unit (31) accommodating the water tank (10) having the port unit (20) arranged thereon, and at least one open entrance (33) so that the water tank (10) having the port unit (20) arranged thereon can be input into at least one accommodation unit (31).
