PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome formulation having an improved inclusion ratio or dispersion stability and control release performance of drugs.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for production of a liposome containing drugs, which is characterized by comprising: (1) primary emulsification process: preparing a W/O emulsion in which the Wis inside of a single-layer consisting of the Fby emulsification using an aqueous solvent (W), an organic solvent (O), and a mixed lipid component (F) containing one of the function lipids which constitutes an inner membrane of liposomes; (2) secondary emulsification process: preparing a W/O/Wemulsion in which the W/O is inside of a single-layer consisting of the Fby emulsification using an aqueous solvent (W), a mixed lipid component (F) which constitutes an outer membrane of liposomes, and the W/O emulsion obtained by the above process (1); (3) preparing a suspension of liposomes in which the Fis an inner membrane and the Fis an outer membrane by removing the organic solvent (O) contained in the W/O/Wemulsion obtained by the above process (2). |
