<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for controlling the flow rate of a slurry.SOLUTION: The provided mixer/dispenser uses a constrictive valve. The constrictive valve includes a first guide plate and a second guide plate, whereas the first and second guide plates are mutually spaced along the longitudinal direction of a conduit, whereas multiple slender members extend in-between the two guide plates. Each of these members possesses first and second terminal portions engaged respectively with the first and second guide plates. In a case where at least either of the first and second guide plates is rotated, each slender member impresses a pressure onto the conduit so as to induce the contraction of the latter.</p> |
