PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compatibly increase the speed of a hydraulic actuator during light-load work and secure the driving force of the hydraulic actuator during heavy-load work even when the temperature of working oil is reduced.SOLUTION: A hydraulic control device includes a controller 32 for changing over a selector valve 28 into a regeneration position V when a discharge pressure P detected by a pressure detector 20 is a reference pressure or lower, and for changing over the selector valve 28 into a regeneration cut position W when the discharge pressure P is higher than the reference pressure. The controller 32 changes the reference pressure to be higher when a temperature T of working oil detected by a temperature detector 31 is on a low-temperature side with reference to a specified temperature than when it is on a high-temperature side.
