PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor drive device which avoids deformation of a drive motor even when the in-wheel motor drive device is connected with a suspension member such as a tray ring arm.SOLUTION: An in-wheel motor drive device (21) includes a casing portion (22e) disposed between a motor A and a speed reducing part B. The casing portion (22e) includes: a bearing (36b) which rotatably supports a motor rotation shaft (35); and connection parts (63, 64) for connecting the in-wheel motor drive device (21) with a vehicle body side member at the outer radial side relative to the bearing.
