<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device which comes in a simple structure without using a table, rotary antenna and phase shifter drive unit, and can locally concentrate a microwave on an object to be heated which is placed at a discretionary place, such as an object to be heated which is placed at center in a heating chamber, for efficient heating.SOLUTION: A plurality of first microwave radiation units 102 disposed in a transmission direction 204 and an antenna 106 having a second microwave radiation unit 107 formed apart from the first microwave radiation units 102 are configured in such a way that at least part of openings of the first microwave radiation units 102 and the second microwave radiation unit 107 are superposed. This configuration makes it possible to evenly heat an object to be heated which is placed in a wide range of a heating chamber 103, and to highly efficiently heat an object to be heated which is placed at a center 206 in the heating chamber.</p> |
