<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve chlorine removal efficiency of a chlorine bypass facility.SOLUTION: A device for treating chlorine bypass extraction gas dust includes: a probe 3 for extracting a part G of the combustion exhaust gas from a kiln exhaust gas flow path from the kiln tail of a cement kiln 2 to a lowermost stage of a preheater while cooling the part G; a dispersion means for dispersing dust in an extraction gas G1 extracted by the probe; and a sorting unit such as a cyclone 10 for separating the extraction gas G1, in which the dust is dispersed by the dispersion means, into coarse powder D1, fine powder D2 and gas G2. The dispersion means can includes a dispersant injection unit, which is used for injecting a dispersant DA into the extraction gas and includes a chemical tank 7, or a compressed air introduction unit which is used for introducing compressed air into the extraction gas and includes a compressor 8.</p> |
