PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce complexity in manufacturing a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A molding 17 including a boss portion 17a and fin portions 17b formed at both side portions of the boss portion 17a, are extrusion-molded, and the molding 17 is divided into a plurality of pieces along the longitudinal direction to make split bodies 21. On the boss portion 17a of the split body 21, a through-hole 21a to be an oil passage is formed, and the plurality of split bodies 21 with the through-holes 21a formed thereon are stacked and fixed so that the through-holes 21a are aligned to form the oil passage. The plurality of stacked and fixed split bodies 21 configure fin blocks 3 (3A, 3B), and connection pipes 5A, 5B and a U-shaped pipe 7 are connected and fixed to both ends of the fin blocks 3 (3A, 3B) respectively.
