<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce the amount of an organic harmful substance contained in a final exhaust gas in a cement production process at a low cost.SOLUTION: In a method for treating a cement kiln exhaust gas, dust contained in a cement kiln waste gas G3 is separated to dust D2 having a high content of an organic harmful substance and dust D1 having a low content of the organic harmful substance and the dust having a high content of the organic harmful substance is detoxified. The dust having a high content of the organic harmful substance is charged to a step having a temperature of 800°C or more in a cement production process, can be used as a fuel or may be used as a cement raw material or an adsorbent after the dust having a high content of the organic harmful substance is heat-treated. Unburned carbon C is separated from the dust having a high content of the organic harmful substance. The separated unburned carbon is charged to the step having a temperature of 800°C or more or used as a fuel. Dust D3 where the unburned carbon is separated may be used as a cement raw material.</p> |
