The invention relates to a method for monitoring vibrational loading in a computer-assisted manner, an operator being exposed to the vibrational loading during the operation of a processing machine (1, 11, 21). The method has the following method steps: ascertaining a real duration of an operation of a processing machine by the operator, requesting a machine-specific load value relating to the processing machine being used, wherein an identification displayed on the processing machine in the form of an optoelectronically readable code (30), in particular a QR code, is rigidly attached to said processing machine for this purpose, and the request is carried out by means of a portable device (31) using an optoelectronic reading device (32); automatically calculating the vibrational loading using the operating duration and the machine-specific load value; and outputting a vibrational loading value, which reflects the vibrational loading to which the operator has so far been exposed, or a value dependent on said vibrational loading value. The invention further relates to a portable device and to a processing machine for carrying out the method. |
