PURPOSE: A grab for an excavator and a driving device thereof are provided to be easily controlled by easily matching the movement of a bucket and the grab and to prevent a flow path or a hydraulic cylinder from being damaged due to overload. CONSTITUTION: A grab for an excavator and a driving device comprises a bucket(110), a bucket cylinder(120), a grab(130), a grab cylinder(140), a pedal unit, an opening unit, a lever unit, and a valve. The grab is connected to the upper part of the bucket and the lower part of a boom bar in order to be rotated. The lever unit is lifted due to the operation of a joystick member and comprises a button member and the joystick member. The button member generates a second hydraulic signal for rotating the button. When a first hydraulic signal and a second hydraulic signal are simultaneously generated, the valve is opened in order to prevent overloads of a fluid pressure from being generated in a flow path or to prevent hydraulic oil from entering the outlet of the opening unit. |
