PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for preparation of a preform capable of improving formability into a three-dimensional shape, a method and an apparatus for production of the substrate, a method of producing a preform and a method of producing a fiber-reinforced plastic which use the substrate for preparation of a preform produced by the method.SOLUTION: A method of producing a substrate for preparation of a preform comprises arranging a plurality of reinforcing fiber bundles at specified positions at least in one direction on a sheet-like base material and adhering them to form a substrate for preparation of a preform and uses, as the base material, a substrate having cuts which extend in the direction intersecting the reinforced fiber bundles. A substrate for preparation of a preform, an apparatus of producing the substrate, a method of producing a preform and a method of producing a fiber-reinforced plastic are also provided. |
