PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bollard which can brightly illuminate the pedestrians' feet, and is devised to prevent damage even when a vehicle or a person collides therewith while sufficiently exhibiting a function as a guide lamp.SOLUTION: A bollard includes a core material 10 erected on a construction surface 100, and a cushioning material 20 covering an outer peripheral surface of the core material 10. A first section Srising from the construction surface 100 in the core material 10 is formed by an elastically non-bendable lower pipe 11, and a second section Spositioned on the upper side of the first section Sin the core material 10 is formed by an elastically bendable hollow elastic material 12. A lower light source 30 for illuminating the vicinity of the root of the bollard after construction is attached at a height of the first section S. |
