PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy of physical quantity measurement by effectively suppressing a measurement error due to the phase fluctuation of currents flowing through a current detection circuit caused by disturbance such as temperature change in a physical quantity measurement circuit in which an impedance element 103 of a physical quantity measurement sensor is connected to a first sine wave power source 101, a comparison impedance element 104 is connected to a second since wave power source 102, and currents flowing from the connection point A of the impedance element 103 and the comparison impedance element to the current detection circuit are measured.SOLUTION: The physical quantity measurement method includes: adjusting the amplitude and phase of the variable output voltage of the first sine wave power source 101 and the second sine wave power source 102 such that currents flowing through the current detection circuit substantially become 0; adjusting the amplitude of the variable output voltage of the first sine wave power source 101 or the second sine wave power source 102 such that currents flowing through the current detection circuit significantly become a value which is not 0; and measuring a change in currents flowing through the current detection circuit. |
