PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device capable of emitting light from a first surface side and a second surface side on the opposite side of the first surface side of a semiconductor layer, and to provide a light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device comprises: a semiconductor layer; a first electrode; a second electrode; a first insulating film; a first wiring layer; a second wiring layer; a first metal pillar; a second metal pillar; a second insulating film; and a phosphor layer. The first electrode is provided in a light-emitting region of the semiconductor layer. The first electrode, the first insulating film, the first wiring layer, the second wiring layer, and the second insulating film transmit emission light from the light-emitting layer. |
