<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance product sale program which enables an insurance product sales transaction that is psychologically more comfortable to a consumer and a recruiter by converting a first step of the insurance sales process from a human approach to an insurance product promotion using non-human means and inserting an appointment for interview on an insurance prior to a sales into the sales process.SOLUTION: A non-human means digital signage for promoting an insurance product is disposed in a retail shop to evoke needs of a consumer. Thereafter, an appointment for interview is started, the interview for receiving description of an insurance product from a POS system and communication terminal via an access center. Making a counseling interview realized by the desire of consumer as a first step of face-to-face discussion makes it possible to promote a psychologically comfortable insurance product transaction.</p> |
