PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device and a light device, which can improve a color rendering property or control light distribution, and which has a performance suitable for a high output.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device comprises a substrate, a plurality of light-emitting parts and a light distribution control member. The plurality of light-emitting parts are arranged on the substrate at a distance from each other. Each of the plurality of light-emitting parts has a plurality of light-emitting elements and color mixture means. The plurality of light-emitting elements radiate light. The color mixture means encapsulates the plurality of light-emitting elements and synthesizes light radiated from the plurality of light-emitting elements. The light distribution control member has a plurality of lenses provided corresponding to the plurality of light-emitting parts, respectively, and which is provided to cause light radiated from the plurality of light-emitting parts to be incident on the plurality of lenses, respectively, to control light distribution of the light-emitting parts. |
