<p>A turbine mechanism (4A) comprises the following: a rotation shaft (10); a pair of swinging blades (30) disposed so as to be point symmetric with respect to the rotation shaft (10); and a rotation plate (20) that connects the pair of swinging blades (30) and the rotation shaft (10) so that the pair of swinging blades (30) are integrally formed and rotate about the rotation shaft (10). The swinging blades (30) are disposed so as to freely oscillate between a standing posture where the swinging blades stand against the flow direction of a liquid, and a yield posture where the swinging blades yield in accordance with the flow direction of the fluid. The swinging blades (30) have a yield lift generating surface that generates lift for the yield posture as a result of the collision with the fluid, and a standing lift generating surface that generates lift for the standing posture as a result of the collision with the fluid.</p> |
