The present invention relates to a construction method for an offshore wind power structure. More specifically, the construction method for an offshore wind power structure minimizes offshore operations and simplifies temporary construction processes to improve constructability by transferring a tower, which is manufactured on land by using a vertical integration method, on the sea and temporarily constructing the tower when a wind power structure is constructed on the sea.
