PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of a touch panel by making difference in tint of front and rear surfaces of a transparent electrode sheet small.SOLUTION: A transparent electrode sheet includes a patterned electrode formed on a transparent base. The electrode is made of a thin metal wire, and thickness of the thin metal wire is 0.1μm or higher. An absolute value of a difference between reflection chromaticity bof a surface on a side far from the transparent base of the electrode and reflection chromaticity bof a surface on a side close to the transparent base of the electrode is 2 or less (|▵b|=|b-b|≤2).
