<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a make-up water system control device and a make-up water system control method capable of precisely detecting arrangement leak such as tube leak in a heat exchange appliance such as boiler at an early time.SOLUTION: A make-up water system control device for controlling water replenishment to a condenser for returning vapor which is generated by a boiler and is used for power generation includes a valve opening and closing control part for controlling the opening and closing state of a flow rate adjusting valve connected to the condenser, for supplying make-up water to the condenser. Therein, the valve opening and closing control part, when detecting that back-washing is performed in a cooling system of the condenser, conducts the control that fixes the flow rate adjusting valve to the closed state.</p> |
