a plurality of links, each link having an elongated through-hole,
wherein each of the links are connected to adjacent links through the elongated through-hole and each of the links are substantially aligned along a longitudinal axis; andwherein each of the plurality of transverse rods are translationally fixed to at least one of the plurality of links.
